Due to the current Covid19 situation some delays may occur in all international shipments, but please keep in mind that only the dispatch time depends on us, and We can’t affect the delivery time.

NEW Shipping Rules:

Important note: We provide the best CUSTOMER SERVICE in this business and we are here for all our loyal customers every day! But unfortunately we must change some important rules in our Shipping sending times. Now we send your orders only one day in a week (every Wednesday). Our suppliers change some terms and we must accept it. We have a lot of work and it is not possible to send orders every day. Sending time one day in a week is better for you too. It is more faster, secure and without risk. We accept your payments 24/7!

For example: All orders are send on Wednesday. If is your payment accepted to 11:00 CET on Tuesday your order will be send next day (Wednesday). If is your payment made and accepted after this time we send your order next week (Wednesday). If you want accepting payment faster send us proof screenshot of your payment. BREXIT:

After Brexit we close cooperation with some UK brands like Sterling Knight, ElitePharm. These brands we have only some stocked items. We will have new product line very similar to ElitePharm name is LegitLift.

Changes in your order:

Magnus Pharmaceuticals and Swiss Remedies or Swiss Healthcare will be close too. Manufacturing was end. Only some stocked items we have. If is your order changed we change items only to the same or better quality products and If you are not satisfied we quarantee money back !!! We apologize to all.

We ship all orders from EU (European Union) within 1-3 days of funds being picked up. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 2-4 days to process your payment (excluding Sundays). We make photos of all your orders as evidence! Your order is 100% sent.

Delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on the method of shipment you choose.

· Registered Letter with Tracking number ( USPS, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, Poste Italiane, La Poste and other National Post Services ) – 45,00€ or $45.00*
(With Tracking number. Delivery time 3-12 business days. Signature maybe required.)
Post office in our country is not responsible for delivery service accepting the goods in other countries. It may happen that the postal service in your country entered the tracking number than others. We use this shipping method only for better delivery. No responsibility for bad informations from post service. Tracking numbers have only informative character! Sometimes doesn’t correspond to reality, package is delivered but tracking number says not. Problem is communication between National Post Services.

EMS service is insured mail service. Your order cannot be lost!

· Free shipping (orders over 300,00€ or $300.00*) – orders are sending by Registered letter with tracking number method. If you want EMS method you must pay for this! If your order is 1000,00€ or $1000.00* and more this shipping method is for free (but you must write us if you want this method).

The price includes special packaging for ampoules and fragile items!

Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us about non-arrival of an order. Delivery time is maximum 30 days. If the order has been detained and confiscated by foreign customs please contact our Support Center and we will reship it immediately. All packages have tracking numbers. Seizure letter is required.

Refund, Resend and Returns Policy

If is your package lost We resend your order ASAP usually is after 30 days because sometimes is package stuck somewhere on sorting centre or have a delay.

NOTE: No reship or refund policy for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, APO, FPO and some other higher risk countries. Please accept our apologies. Sending to high risk countries is on your responsibility!!! We cannot guarantee success delivery.

Finland customers: If you have customs offense or any problems in your country it is possible your name is on police and customs blacklist, your package can be seized, in this case please use different clean name and address or do not order with us.

Attention: If you simply didn’t collect the parcel from your post office and the package is returned to the sender we cannot reship this package as it won’t be returned to us (we do not ship with real sender information, we use fake address) and the parcel will be lost and eventually destroyed.

We are not responsible for delivery if your address is incorrect we cannot resend this package.

We are only one e-shop in this business which guarantee quality products with money back. If you are not satisfied tell us and we do everything more for your better satisfaction.
